Meet Your Therapist
I am so lucky and grateful to be here to hold space for you, your story, and your humanness. Being a therapist isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling. I carry a deep knowing that this is the work I was meant to do. And that knowing isn’t based on textbooks or credentials alone (though I have those too)—it’s rooted in lived experience, a lifelong journey of healing, and a fierce belief in the power of transformation.
Clients often tell me they feel like I really get it—and that’s because I do. I walk this path, too. I know what it’s like to carry complex trauma, navigate the lasting impact of narcissistic abuse, and move through medical uncertainty and pain. I know the exhaustion of pretending everything is fine, the overwhelm of holding it all together, and the sacred relief that comes with being seen and held—without judgment, without pressure, just with truth and care.
I bring that same energy to our work together: warm, human, attuned, and real. No clinical coldness, no performance. Just me, walking beside you as we untangle the stuck places and move toward something freer, fuller, and more whole.

I was born and raised in South Carolina and completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Clemson University. I studied abroad in Australia, which helped shape my love for experience, mindfulness, and a deep appreciation for balance in life. I later moved to Colorado, where I expanded both my personal and professional horizons, before relocating to the beautiful Ozarks—where I now run my private practice.
I’m an ocean girl at heart who feels deeply grounded in the mountains. I find healing in concerts, road trips, and quiet mornings with matcha & birdsongs. My approach to life—and therapy—is mindful, but not rigid. Structured, but intuitive. I call it zen-ish living: grounded in presence, but full of flexibility, humanness, and humor.
My Style in the Therapy Room
I show up as a whole person in the therapy room. I’m not here to fix you—but I am here to witness, guide, reflect, and hold space for your healing. My approach blends the science of trauma-informed care with the soul of deep listening and honest resonance.
I specialize in:
Anxiety, overwhelm & high-functioning burnout
Complex and developmental trauma
ADHD & neurodivergence
Boundaries, self-worth & people-pleasing
Grief, life transitions, and the in-between spaces
I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, parts work, nervous system support, and integrative somatic techniques to help you shift from surviving to actually living.

A Few More Things
I’m a lifelong learner. Always evolving, always curious.
I deeply value authenticity, softness, and truth-telling.
I believe self-care can look like crying to music in your car or making time to laugh until your stomach hurts.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
I believe in your capacity to grow, even if it’s messy, nonlinear, and slow.
